RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Upon receipt of your item(s), we will promptly proceed to dispatch your selected piece(s) to you.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs and taxes.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges.
  • Exchanges must be communicated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanged items must be in their original packaging and must be unworn and undamaged in any way.
  • You may try the item while the courier is present and pay shipping fees only if the item doesn't fit you well. Once the item is paid for, there is no refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the charges of the exchange shipping and taxes.
